Fundamentals of ISO 9000:2000
The ISO 9000:2000 standard describes the minimum requirements for an organization to establish a quality management system. It has become the anchor for an entire spectrum of related standards as apply to many industry sectors. These range from the automotive, aerospace and medical device industries to the calibration and test service providers. It is tightly integrated with the environmental management system standard, ISO 14001.

During this seminar you will learn through discussion and participation:

  • What an ISO 9000:2000 quality management system consists of, on a clause-by-clause basis.
  • What such a system is expected to accomplish.
  • What must be done to comply with ISO 9000:2000.
  • What procedures are needed and not needed, with generic examples of flowcharted procedures and other conceptual aides.
