Full Training Programs for ISO Compliance
The ISO 9000 Network has prepared a full set of training programs to help companies achieve compliance to each of the standards (listed in the menu on the left). These are multi-day training programs, with homework, covering all aspects of the management and tasks of a compliance project, including certificated auditor training, management review help, readiness audit, etc. Each program features:

  • Clause-by-clause training that maximizes the use of existing documentation
  • A full “starter” set of flowcharted level 2 procedures
  • A guidance text for small companies
  • Training for internal auditors
  • An implementation audit

Training Environment Options

We offer two affordable choices for learning how to achieve the compliance: individual company training and collaborative training.
 

Individual Company Training
We tailor the program to meet your business requirements; flexibility is a key ingredient of our approach. The training takes place at your facility on your schedule. We normally meet one day per month for as many months as needed. We meet more or less frequently as the situation demands. We expand or contract parts of our pre-designed program as they are needed. Collaborative Training
Collaborative training brings together 3 to 5 companies that share the common goal of developing a Quality Management System compliant to the current version of either standard. Meeting one day per month for the necessary months, each company develops its own system in a supportive and knowledgeable environment. Three representatives per company are expected to attend each training session. A final day is delivered on-site to evaluate your implementation and readiness for a third-party compliance audit.
